Prior to coming to C&A Craig Hill worked for over 20 years as a senior level management and systems consultant with over 20 years of experience in making organizations more successful through organizational development and improvement of business process, performance metrics, data integrity, and systems.

Craig has strong industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and mining.  He has extensive experience with financial, human capital management, supply chain, and order management systems. Craig has extensive experience across most business processes and IT disciplines.

Craig has worked with business owners, equity companies, board members, C-level executives, departmental managers and end users in developing operational performance diagnostic assessments, information technology plans, evaluating and implementing package software, and developing custom software. Craig has extensive experience with JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, E-Business Suite, IFS, SAP, Infor, MicroSoft Dynamics ERP systems and a variety of other ERP systems.
