One of the most high tech investment casting facilities in the world as selected C&A to plan their ERP project. The scope of the project involves defining requirements across manufacturing operations, procurement, financials, production control, equipment maintenance, and sales order management. 

A high level design has been produced that provides the vision on how to connect the new ERP system with the MES system being designed as part of a separate initiative.

Based on the defined requirements potential ERP software packages are being evaluated and finalists recommended. A project charter for implementing the new ERP system will drive the project phasing, budget, schedule, and resource requirements.

C&A is being considered to lead the implementation of the new ERP software package.
